Why won't 1920*1080 fit my screen through hdmi using MSi GT 730?

I can't figure why 1080p won't fit on my tv or monitor or anything? I just want to play 1080p computer graphics and windows won't fit it is like the windows taskbar is off screen plz help.

press the auto button & the screen will auto adjust to correct size to inside edge of bezel.
