My computer is crashing on my GPU which could be the temperature of it; 85 degrees. My CPU is reaching around 70 degrees. My computer case (Node 804) is hot, I can feel the heat from it whilst sat next to it and if I put my hand on it, I have to take my hand off as it gets too hot.

As you can see from the temperature: http://i.imgur.com/1cQdHnT.png

I probably need to put new thermal compound on the GPU and CPU as I haven't done it in a while but surely the case shouldn't get so hot! I cleaned it recently hoping to prevent the heat issues and there is no dust in the PC. Cable management is good and should have good airflow. I've got 4 beQuiet fans in the case trying to get the computer cooler.

What can I do to cool the temperatures?

I wonder if something is shorting out on the case. I wouldn't think that the case would get too hot to touch in normal circumstances. You used MB stand offs? You may need to pull everything out of the case and re-assemble it.
