Apps aren't working anymore

Hello guys, i don't know why, my apps aren't working anymore (store, xbox, calendar, mail...), all apps not working, when i start them, they shows for a second and disappears and thats all, all apps. Start menu is working. I recently started using Malwarebytes, iolo System Mechanic and Razer Cortex and i think those maybe could be problem like system mechanic delets bad registry keys, razer cortex stops not needed processes when i start a game. I tried these solutions:

I've heard some windows refresh, it reinstalls windows 10, but it leaves files. I'm hoping you have solution.

It sounds like you need to either restore from a full system backup or save your data and restore to factory settings.

And why this everytime happens, when i reinstall windows (once in half year), its fast, great speed, isn't lagging in desktop and after sometime it starts lagging, long loading like firefox and etc. Why it is ?
AMD Phenom X4 B45 3.11 ghz
GTX 550 Ti
4GB RAM
320 GB HDD

And maybe you could give me some tips after reseting windows, that windows would be fast and clean, because my computer isn't crap.
