Recently I installed a Cooler Master 212 EVO, and now my monitor, keyboard, and mouse won't connect. My Gpu lights up, my cup cooler works, and my case fans do too. I know there could be different reasons, but I'm new to computers and would love help.

Specs:

I7-6700
Gtx 980ti 6gb
750 watt PSU
Motherboard was unnamed, all I know is that it's a mini ATX.
AF120 quiet edition dual case fans
Cooler Master 212 EVO

Edit: I did sone tests, it's most likely the motherboard. Is there a possibility I unplugged something? I'll find out more.

Solution
The stock answer to this would be "undo the last thing you did". It applies even more here because that unit might be drawing more power than its predecessor and your PSU isn't able to manage it.

Pop it out and put the old one back for experimental purposes. It could be time to go for more Watts in a new PSU.
