My budget is about 800$. i am not looking for anything under full ATX or GB or ram.
i am debating between the i7 4790k or the i7 6700k. The ssd i am using for games and windows, hard drive for everything else.
Any help at reducing the price or getting better produces for the same would be appreciated

EDIT: im looking for high FPS and High settings gaming not recording.

Go with a Skylake build. These Gigabyte and Asus MB's are nice and a bit less. The MSI is currently on sale, but lacks the ALC 1150 codec for better audio.

You might want to go with an overclocked i5 6600K:

Oh, and faster RAM may benefit some games:

Im not looking into ram all that much BC from what i have seen was the FPS game was minimal from high end to average sticks of RAM, but thanks for recommending it. I am mostly looking for advice on SSD and HDD Bc this is my first time buy a SSD and basically when prices will fall for themand see if i can wait it out.

I don't know anything about that Corsair SSD, but the Mushkin Reactor and Sandisk X400 are both good 1 TB drives:

The Seagate 7200 HDD's are good, but most prefer the Western Digital 7200 Blue or Black drives. If you want a quiet but slower drive, get the WD 5400/5900 drives.
