AMD GPU causIng BSOD

I've been having issues with my AMD Radeon R7 360 GPU. I had an old computer I built about a year ago and sold most of the parts. ( I kept the hard drive and the GPU). I built another one about 3 weeks ago, and a second one last week, and My Radeon R7 360 from the previous build works fine in the build from 3 weeks ago, but in last weeks build, it freezes at boot when I use the R7 360. However, when I use another GPU, it works perfectly fine.

An EVGA 500B 500W PSU

Did you check your RAMs for defects? You can use a tool like memtest+ to check your RAMs. It's advised to run the check at least 10 times over a night. Also you can check your GPU temperatures by using an app HWmonitor and see if it has heating issues

I would do that, but that computer won't even get past the Windows sign in page before the BSOD.
