Windows 10 freaking out...

What even is this...?

When I click and drag on my screen it makes it go black, and when I right clicked, then clicked refresh it went entirely black.

Hi,

Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Reboot the PC once the latest driver has been installed.
- Do test it again after the reboot and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If the same problem will persist do also install all the latest update.
- And if all these will not work, last option would be to reinstall Windows 10 itself.
