Best 1440p gaming monitor?

For use with a gtx 1070, really just looking for something that has a balance between beauty and performance, 144hz would be really nice. I have been looking at korean panels but in the end I just end up confused on what to get, my budget is 300+ I already asked this question but accidentally chose a bad answer... Thank you!

Ask yourself if you want TN or IPS panel, what screen size, also do you want G-synch?

Im afraid the majority of current 2k 144hz Monitors are £400 and higher however there is the CROSSOVER 2795QHD at 100hz (around £250), however i believe it needs to be overclocked.
