Started computer, network adapter cannot start (Code 10)

Hello,
When I started my computer today my internet connection did not work. In device manager it says under Network Adapters:

Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.

I uninstalled it and restarted computer, installed new drivers from Intel website, deleted registry files and I also reinstalled windows, still nothing works.

I got Windows 10 & latest Bios, and I'm using wireless dongle at the moment.

That is your onboard Ethernet connection isn't it... I was going to suggest using it in another PC but that could be difficult

One fix I read was reset the bios, set it to defaults.

Update all the things.... I mean, the motherboard drivers as well, it might be a conflict unrelated to Ethernet directly

Thanks for the reply, I have other devices connected to the internet with cable without any problems, I also tried a different internet cable and I reset the BIOS with the jumper but still it wont work. Could it be broken?
