Upgraded Ram from 16 gig to 32 and windows gives me error messages and won't load properly

I have a MSI 970 gaming motherboard. It says it can hold 32 gig of ram. I upgraded from 16 to 32 gig and and getting "windows did not load properly and needs to restart. I went through all ram individually and they show up in my BIOS. But when I load all 8gig x4 I get the above error. It walso returns multiple error messages with each restart. Other than flashing the BIOS to a more recent version, I am not sure what to do. Anyone have any ideas? All the ram is the same brand and speed

yes they are all Ballistix 8gig DDR3 1600

I have also gone to Microsoft and was told my installation of windows 10 was installed incorrectly(missing windows 10 installer, so much for a free upgrade) after re installing windows 10 I added the ram only to get the same results

You might have a vdroop issue. Add .02V-.05V to your RAM and see if that helps.
