Oml help me! I've been trying for a few weeks now to fix my computer. It seems as if nothing works. I try turning on my PC and it works fine normally with nothing plugged in. I plug in the DVI cable and i try to start it and it starts beeping. Afterwards i have to re seat the ram to even get it to work again without the DVI cable plugged in. I don't know what to try anymore. I have a HP 110-a04 with some upgrades on it. I installed a gtx 960 OC, a 500 Watt EVGA psu, and some memory. At this point i'm desperate and will take any advice, I'm ordering a new battery for my mobo to see if that does anything right now.

There are a few things that could cause those beeps, but we need to know what the beeps represent. Motherboards have beep codes to help determine what is wrong with them. Could you give me some info?

How many beeps are there?
Long beeps? Short beeps? (must be in order)

Check the power or reset button lights. If they flash, take note how many times they flash.

Cheers!
