Hello... If the cable says or marked HDMI 2.0... then we have to believe it? and it says it is B /
1) make sure you connect from the VIDEO card HDMI 2 port, through your HDMI 2 cable, to the TV HDMI 2 input.
2) Turn on your TV and HDMI input/channel.
3) boot your OS for a picture.

The MAX FPS when running 4K through HDMI 2.0 is 60fps. Of course obtaining those maximum frame rates depends if your PC (CPU/GPU) has enough gusto.

That's a nice system. But it's not going to be able to output 60fps with ultra graphics settings @4K resolution for all AAA game titles. 4K is a hell of a lot of pixels to draw. A GTX 970 can run 4K but you'll most likely have to lower detail settings to maintain 60fps.

There is no such thing as an HDMI 2.0 cable. The HDMI 2.0 specification does NOT specify a new cable. Plenty of retailers will certainly sell you a 2.0 cable, but it's simply a marketing ploy. On the other hand, not all HDMI cables are created equally, plenty of vendors have manufactured cables of cheaper quality over the years, but as long as you bought descent cables in the past they will work just fine for 4K. Don't waste your money on some $80 gold plated cable -- Best Buy certainly comes to mind for trying to oversell customers on overpriced cables.

but in hdmi v1.4 the speed is 10.2 gbps and in v2.0 the speed is 5 gbps and it's mentioned over there . after searching a lot i found that the v1.4 can deliver at 30hz only which gives 24fps and the v2.0 can deliver at 60hz upto 50/60 fps .
