Can't Change Account Avatar?

This is a silly problem, but I can't change the avatar for this Tom's Hardware account. It appears that an image is detected because it is view-able through right clicking, but then an error appears. Does anyone have any solution to this issue?

try uploading it again. it getting an 404 file not found error.
