Does the paging file affect performance in games?
Does making the paging file bigger make things better? or is it bad too have it at a high value?
Does paging file affect latency/delay?

Solution

IF you have it set at 16GB, the OS will reserve that much space on the hard drive.
There is no need to have it that large.

Of course, this is not a thing you set once and never again. You can adjust it later.
Start small. If you see issues, increase the size.

Doesn't the pagefile do write caching and other things that is important for the system?
Also where can I find the BSOD dumps?

As mentioned above, just turn it down to 1GB min/max. I have the same amount of RAM, and that is what mine is set at for 4 years now.
It won't get used much, but it DOES need to be used, there is some there.

Is it fine if I put the paging file on 16gb or is it going to use more paging file then when it's not needed? or does it only use it when it needs it?
