Your pc ran into a problem!?!?!?!

So recently when I try to boot up my pc i get this error message. "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info. and then we'll restart for you(0% Complete)." The pc boots up and instead of going to my desktop gives me that and i cant even get to my desktop does anyone know why? using windows 10.

Many times this kind of issue can be resolved by Starting the Computer In Safe Mode and then starting it normally.

Yeah I was told that but I dont know how to get to recovery mode if i cant open up my desktop.

Another option would be to start pressing F8 or Shift + F8 as soon as the computer turns on.

If that doesn't work, if you have the Windows 10 DVD, you can insert that into the computer. When the computer turns on, it should boot and load the dvd giving you some options.
