Second monitor going black after starting certain videos

Now I am not sure if it is a windows 10 issue, but I am new to the website so I don't really know where to put this. Here are my hardware and software specs:
960 gtx ftw
lg 22m45 main monitor
acer k222hql
amd 6350 6core 3.9ghz
windows 10 pro

Basically whenever I open netflix (or sometimes a downloaded video) on Chrome or Mozilla my second monitor(acer) turns black for a few seconds before going back to normal. It does not happen on IE. I have reinstalled silverlight, chrome, mozilla. I have seen this question posted on here before a few years back, but those did not have the right answers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx
- Reboot the PC once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do set Nvidia as the default GPU.

What mobo? DRAM? PSU? Do you have the latest BIOS and mobo drivers?
