4.8GHz Overclocked FX-6300 safe Voltage/Temperature?

I recently overclocked my AMD FX-6300 to 4.8GHz with a Be Quiet! Pure Rock air cooler. I'm getting what seem to be confortable temperatures, from 32°C on idle to a maximum of around 70°C after stress testing it for a bit (long GTA V sessions usually take it up to 67°C). It remains stable under any test and I've had no issues with it yet.

But I have recently read on some forum that a cpu voltage higher than 1.5V on this exact cpu is very unsafe for some reasons, from which comes my question: My current voltage is 1.544V, is that an actual issue?

The thing is that i already pushed the clock further, 4.9GHz with 1.57V was very unstable and the temperatures were too high so as a result i kept stress testing my current setup and it works so far. I have not touched to the fsb, only tweaked the multiplier to 24.

Do you think i could use lower vCore if I lowered the multiplier and raised the fsb instead ?

Also what do you mean by turning down my llc ? What does llc stand for ?

My experience with overclocking the AMD FX-6300 has been quite enjoyable. Clocked to 5.065 GHz and cvolts at 1.512v the CPU performs better than the FX-9590 in single core. In multi core performance it shuts down the FX-8150 which I find embarrassing. When compared to an Intel CPU it performs close to the i5 2500k at stock speeds.
