Programs won't open

After getting my laptop back from ASUS (G751JT) I reinstalled the Windows 10 Update and now none of the programs will open or run. When trying to open Battle.net the process will start but the program itself will not open. Though Steam, Google Chrome, and Spotify seem to work perfectly fine, but the games in Steam will not open either. Help please...

Have a look in display options and make sure laptop doesn't think it has more than one screen, possible they are being displayed to a non connected screen... maybe
