Dual monitors, specific question about fps drop

I just set up dual monitors on my 980. One is 144mhz and the other which i'm using for web browsing while gaming is 60.

I'm having a strange issue where certain websites on chrome on the 60 monitor make my ingame fps drop/ stutter on my 144. If I tab to let's say YouTube, the fps goes back up to 144. Not sure what is going on, any help is appreciated!

it can be due to the fact that a piece of ram or something is not plugged in all the way or correctly i would recheck your CPU GPU and RAM to see if they are all in correctly and securely.
