Microsoft doesn't provide any means for uninstalling a version of Windows. What I've done is to download EasyBCD and use it to remove the Windows 7 system from the boot list, then delete the Windows and Program Files from it. Since there may still be files used for booting on that Windows 7 partition, you need to be careful about deleting more files, but this will free up most of the space on it.
Good luck.
