Programs Changed to E Change (DVD Drive)

I took my hard drives out because I needed to test another computer and when I put them back in the computer the programs, well it seems to be the shortcuts as from what I can see now but I haven't messed with much, are forwarded now to the E drive which is my DVD drive. The hard drive they were on is D and it's still that. I don't know what happened or why it happened.

I don't know if I can fix this problem just by going and readding shortcuts or I need to do something else but I have no clue why it did this.
