My mobo is win 10 ready but dont know how to install it

So as you can see in tje title i bought the asus maximus viii hero and its windows 10 ready but i don't know how to install it i got a disc with my mobo i've put it in but nothing happens and dont know what to do can anyone please tell me how i can install the windows 10 ?

The 'disk' that came with your motherboard is not Windows 10. It is merely the drivers for after you get the OS installed.

Now...this is a new PC?
Have you actually purchased a valid OS from somewhere? Where might that be?

I havent bought any os cd because it says it alteady has windows 10 and yes i just finished building it

No, you need to purchase an OS for this. It does not already have Windows 10 on it.
