If youre locking yourself to only these cases that you have presented, I'd say go for the 100R. There are still more cases that you might consider buying like:
-NZXT S340
-Cooler Master N200 (mATX only)
-Cooler Master N400
-Corsair Carbide 200R
-Corsair SPEC 02/03

I'm not locking myself to these cases, everyone is free to give there comments on which case I should get.

Check out the NZXT Phantom 240. If you'd prefer a much simpler case, I recommend going for the S340 because it has a magnetic filter at the front. For the price, you are not getting a better deal than the S340

I like what I see with the Phantom 240, but I don't like the S340 who is there right mind would forgot to put a 5.25 bays on that PC case?

Like the SPEC 02 but i'm not big on LED fans I'll have to replace them they might get in the way of my sleep if I on it on at night.

My case doesn't have any 5.25 bays. I have a Fractal Design Define S. If it is still a requirement for you to have a optical drive, you can buy a slim external one which can be used on multiple computers (I personally think having an external one is better than having an internal one). Do note that the Phantom 240 does not have any magnetic filter on the intake fans but you can easily buy magnetic dust filters if you'd like.

Other cases you might want to take a look at:
-Fractal Design Core 2300/2500
-Bitfenix Prodigy M/ Phenom M (mATX)
-Aerocool DS Cube (mATX)
-Corsair Carbide Spec-M2 (mATX)

Well I'll be honest Fractal Design Core 2300/2500 is a bit much, the Bitfenix Prodigy M/ Phenom M (mATX) and Aerocool DS Cube (mATX) is way crazy over $100 for each. Corsair Carbide Series SPEC-M2 Black Micro ATX PC is good however, on Newegg it sold out so I can scratchthat one off the list for now. I'll try to buy the magnetic dust filters and add them to PC case.

You can check reviews on youtube. It might help you narrow down which case you really want with respect to price/budget, taste, and features. I recommend looking for hardwarecanucks on youtube if you want an in-depth review of the cases you are interested in (even their older reviews are still pretty good quality).

Thanks but I think I'm getting close to which one PC case I'm going to pick for my build.
