i forgot my bios password , so i cant use boot settings to boot CD-Rom , and i cant find CD-Rom in boot option menu when i press F12 on startup. What can i do to boot from Disk and format my windows 10 and install windows 8.1?

When i press F12 on startup i get these three Boot Option Menu :

- Windows Boot Manager (S11000LM024 HN M101MBB)
-EFI Network 0 for IPv4 (20-89-84-20-0E-52)
-EFI Network 0 for IPv6 (20-89-84-20-0E-52)

So i don't have the option to boot from CD-Rom

And i tried to copy windows installation file to usb and boot through USB but i got this message : System doesn't have any USB boot option. Please select other boot option in Boot Manager Menu.

Any suggestions ???!!!

go to settings/update & security/recovery/advanced start up - restart my pc
this will start PC in advanced start up
should be option on page to use a device
this is where you select boot disc and pc will boot from cd and should reinstall win 8.1

you might also want to reset cmos as I assume that would clear BIOS password.
