help please black screen upon bootup

hello i am having a problem with my pc i boot it up, and theres the windows logo, but no swirly thing below it showing that its actually loading. i wait it out and it goes to a full black screen, no cursor no nothing. how do i fix this? idk if it matters i have a western digital black 1 tb.
for me to actually use my pc i have to restart by pressing the restart button and then i finally see the swirly thing below the logo and it loads in. please help me out, id be so grateful

after you load it to start it and test the hdd with short and long test to see if you receive any error code in the report .
