Crack on the bottom half on my engine. Can it be fix ?

Engine have a crack on the bottom half. Leaking oil out

A physical crack in the block?

Probably will need professional inspection and, if possible, repair.

Depends a lot on the engine, crack location, the type of vehicle, etc..

Or maybe just a crack in the oil pan?

Can you provide some photographs along with vehicle and engine details?

You can use jb weld but it will fall off over time.
If you want you can cast weld it with a torch.
But looks like you might need a new block or oil pan if its the oil pan that you can get it welded for about 100 bucks
75 per hour takes an hour so yeah.
