DVI-D port used to work..

Welp i have a triple monitor setup (2xDVI and 1xHDMI) and while signing into windows one monitor suddenly shuts off. So i try to detect displays, switch DVI ports and i determined that only the DVI-D port does not work...in windows at least. I tried plugging a monitor into only the DVI-D port and the bios screen showed up and works but the second after that the display went blank. Any suggestions?

Is this in Windows 10 by chance?
