bluescreen probleme pc wont turn on

Hello im having a big probleme is bsod i turn on my pc on and after 3-5 min i get blue screen code is SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXECEPTION
I almost tried everything to fix it and there is no solution i even re installed the windows
My spec
I5 6600K
GTX 960 graphic card
8GB RAM
Win10
Please help me

Have you installed any new hardware? new software, like anti-viruses? Look in device manager for any yellow exclamation points, look at the event viewer and see if theres any errors.
Try disabling a webcam if you have one.
does the bsod show a number?
