PLEASE HELP: When playing games on Windows 10 the screen will freeze a random colour, however I can still hear the game.

After about 5-10 minutes in a game (I have tried CSGO and GTA V) the PC will make an error noise and the screen will turn a random solid colour. I can still hear the game in the background, and when I press my play/pause button I hear spotify in the background. Its not overheating as I have dusted my PC, ensure all the fans were working and checked speccy which confirmed a temperature of around 63* while in game. I tired windows button+print screen and the saved screenshot is completely black.

Can anyone help? Im getting desperate

Have you checked Device Manager for entries with ! or ? to the left? That would indicate the need for the right driver.

Open Device Manager and look. It's that simple. To open Device Manager right-click the Start button and click on Device Manager.
