Dual monitor issues with windows 10

I'm having an issue setting up dual monitors I've tried detecting it through display but it didn't detect. Both are VGA cables one plugged into my graphics card (AMD Radeon R7 200 Series) And ones plugged into my Mother Board I've looked everywhere for an answer but nothing worked.

That will only work if you're using a CPU with integrated graphics, in addition to a dedicated GPU. You'll also need to reenable integrated graphics in your system BIOS, as it is typically disabled if you have a dedicated GPU installed.
