Which monitor to buy ? (3 options)

so this is the one i want to get, since im upgrading from 720p 32 inch tv i dont think 1080p monitor will bother me. (btw i just got 27 inch 144hz but cant get used to the size)

the second one has same specifications but no freesync so its cheaper

3rd one has higher resolution but a lot of people say that its a bad monitor

for me the ideal would be 32 inch 1440p but im trying not to go above $300-$400 range

thats what i thought as well but when i check reviews, there are lots of people complain about that one
