Screen showing colored lines and flickers

Hello this is my first question.

I bought a new Toshiba satellite l55w-c5230 touchscreen with i7 -5500
With Intel HD graphics 5500
And 12 GB of ram
Windows 10.

I started facing problems with the screen ,
Every time the laptop booting up or waking up from sleep mode ,the screen start flickering,flashing and showing colred lines .
When i move the screen a little bit everything go back to normal
I sent it to toshiba repair center they replaced the motherboard and sent it back to me after only 2 days the problem returned again

Also i have video showing the problem please any help .

I tried to
update the graphic card driver.
Update windows
Uninstall windows with other one
Uninstall graphic card driver and install it again .
I did everything possible
But nothing helped.

Generally, the problem may be due to graphics card in your device,always try to install the latest and most compatible drivers. You can also Try this:
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&...

Thats the latest drivers for the video portion of your processor.
If you can't reach it, google:
