I'm having this issue for a while now, when i turn on my PC half of my monitor is a light, transparent pink colour which starts of dark, then it becomes lighter as it spreads.

After a few minutes of going on youtube or any other browser etc, my monitor seems to have an after-image of the previous browser which i have been on. This seems to occur randomly but if i leave my PC on for a while on the same browser, the green-tint that you can see in the picture becomes stronger.

I also upgraded my graphics card, CPU & power supply and i have had the problem before this.

Does anybody know what this problem might be?

And possibly how to fix it?

Thanks :)

You could possibly narrow it down by trying a different monitor - - that would at least tell you if it's the monitor and nothing to do with your PC hardware (unlikely to be your PC hardware anyway if the problem pre-dates your upgrades).

If it's the monitor, replace it.
