Sandisk Usb 3 mini vs Normal size

Hi,

I'm searching on ebay for a Sandisk usb 3 to buy, and I've come across 2 potential items:

Their prices are pretty much the same, but I'm not quite sure what the difference between them is.
I've figured the mini is smaller, but are they other than that the same? Which should perform better?

Flair seems to be faster in whatever test it performed.
I personally use a couple of those ultra-fit drives in my PC's as a caching drive for firefox. Never noticed any slowdowns.
