Sub forum set up

I want to set up a discussion with tom's HARDWARE. Somewhere. The discussion will be about hardware, apps and ISP's. Online Real Time Video Streaming. My name is Donald.

Something prompts me "Your answer" here. I'm just asking questions. Has anyone else here thought of embedded web server in video camera? Online Real Time? I know it works.

We don't just set up subforums for folks wanting to have a discussion, however you are welcome to choose a topic and post it as a discussion instead of a question and see who replies. Make sure you pick a subforum we have already that is closest to what you want.

If I understand the stated "desirement", I don't see TH offering video streaming for user interaction within the forums. Not really an effective way document the questions/answers for other members to use (one of the key benefits of a written forum). The storage and personal privacy requirements would be difficult to manage as well.
