OS: Windows 7
Whenever I turn on my computer for the first time during the day, the BIOS screen , the 'Starting Windows' screen and the 'Welcome' screen each flash for a second.
The monitor display is off even though the green light on the monitor is on. The computer is still running. I can hear the welcome sound even though the display is off.
I've to restart the computer to make it work. Also, when the computer goes to sleep, when I wake it up, the Lock Screen flashes for a second and display goes off.
The computer is still running. It's not like the monitor is the problem as I'm using it to type this on the forum. It's usually the wake up from low power or no power to a high power state that is causing the issue.
