Can I reinstall windows 7 without the setup CD

Hi, I purchased a license CD of windows 7 in 2011. I still have the licesne code for installation but I have lost the setup CD

I do not want to upgrade to windows 8 or 10. I am now using windows 7 and I want to clean install the whole system again, still keep using windows 7. Is it possible??

I do not even have a DVD drive now. Can I install windows 7 with USB flash drive?

Where can I safely download the setup files of windows 7. I cannot find windows 7 setup in Microsoft official page
