What Is The Best Monitor That I Could Get For Someone Like Myself Who Sits At His Computer All Day MY EYES START TO GET TIRED

I have a stigmatism and I wear contacts. I spend quite a lot of my time on my PC. Currently I am using Sony 32 inch monitor and YES I KNOW this is not the best way to view objects and text on a computer, but in my case it's been the only alternative I've had considering the budget I am on. I have heard that IPS monitors are great for detail and sensitive on the eyes, but can someone tell me the best monitor I could get from this site https://www.overclockers.co.uk/

I think inquiring minds would like to know about this as well, esp. for those of us on a budget
