Need Help Deciding Between Monitors

So I need some help deciding between a few monitors. Namely:

Viewsonic VX2363Smhl (~92 British Pound)
Acer R231 (~82 British Pound)
Samsung S24E390HL (~97 British Pound)
Dell S2316H (~103 British Pound)

I'm using the monitor as a 2nd monitor, mainly for video watching and browsing. Could possible use it to game as well, but I currently have a U2312HM as my main.

All these are within my budget, but I'll go for the best in value. Any feedback for these monitors?

I'm currently in Malaysia if that matters at all. Thanks!

Samsung S24E390HL would be my choice based on the pricing.
