I'd like to thank anyone who helps me through this because I'm pulling my hair out to try to fix it.
I had my setup working perfectly fine. I have Gtx 960 and I was using dual monitors, both 1080p monitors. One with a vga cable with a dvi adapter (this monitor had no dvi) and the other with Hdmi.
Now all of a sudden I cant plug in the hdmi monitor to the graphics card, without the vga/dvi adapter monitor going black. When I do, I get the message "No Signal" (on the vga with adapter monitor).
When I plug both in, it uses the hdmi monitor as the main display so I can still access things like nvidia control panel.
