Question about upgrading to Windows 10 and drivers

Will upgrading to windows 10 delete drivers? if so, which of the three options would?
I am getting frequent BSODs relating to my drivers since my new APU installation, and have done much research to no avail. So I am resorting to reinstalling Windows 10. Would this reset my drivers? Thanks.

It won't delete drivers, if Win has a newer driver in it it will simply use that rather than your older driver, best after a Win 10 upgrade to go to your mobo site get their latest Win 10 drivers for your mobo and update
