Computer is acting weird lately

Alright so these days my Computer is acting weird and im not sure why?
Random explorer.exe crashes and freezes
Sometimes the entire screen turns white for a few seconds
Files can take minutes to load
Sometimes it acts very slow
Sooo im not quite sure what's wrong? so maybe you guys can help me out?
Things i tried:
Updating drivers
Doing a cleanup with CCleaner
Scanned for virues and malware using Malwarebytes and Avast.
What else can i do? please help me. i appreciate any help.

Open an administrative command prompt and issue this command: sfc /scannow . Then download MalwareBytes, get it up to date, and do a scan with it.

Alright so i did the CMD command and this is what it said "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"
I have already done the Malwarebytes part as i said.
