Windows 10 Home 32/64-bit, how to install 64 bit and not 32

Hi
I'm currently upgrading my pc. Im changing MOBO and HDD. This means I will need a new Windows copy. I'm going to buy "Windows 10 Home 32/64-bit USB Flash Drive", how do I make sure to install the 64-bit version and not the 32-bit version?

1,5tb seagate(dead)

Intel stock cooler
GTX 780
RM850
8 GB Vengeance
Windows 10

New parts:
Z97-a
250gb Samsung Evo(OS)
1tb WD Blue(Storage)

Hyper 212 EVO
GTX 780

8 GB Vengeance

It will prompt you. Just make the right selection.

i believe it asks you which you want to install during the installation, unless its reads like youre upgrading a current install, which will then just install whatever you have on it already. i could be wrong

You should see x86 and x64 during the install. Pick x64.
