how to connect monitor to pc (help)

Hello, i bought this monitor LG 22M37A-B 21.5'' LED FULL HD BLACK that has only 1 vga connections ( i think i made a wrong decision). My motherboard that is in the pc case is MSI B150m bazooka that has 1 DVI D connection and 1 hdmi. The monitor came with a cable of 2 vga males but i can't connect it to motherboard. I read that all the dvi d adapters won't work since you need a converter. The item in the image is a regular adapter... you need an "Active DVI-D to VGA adapter" or a DVI-D to VGA (analog) converter... but read the last comment in the Tom's thread. Some DVI-D cards may already include a converter, so your's may... probably not but if you already have a DVI-D to VGA adapter, it may or not work but you need to see if it does... but if you haven't yet bought the DVI-D to VGA adapter, forget about it and and buy an active adapter that you know will work for sure. DVI-D to VGA Converters are another option but they are more expensive.
