Graphic card help

Hello recently i upgraded my Motherboard and CPU. When i went to go play Overwatch, before i would get 60-70 fps. But now i cant get above 10 on the lowest graphical settings. My specs are as follows.
CPU-i7-4790k
GPU-GTX-970
MB-H97M-plus
Ram-8gb
PSU-Corsair 430W

I do not monitor my gpu speed but i went onto cooler master PSU calculator and it said it was fine.

msi afterburner can do both and is free


just go into settings and enable them in the OSD so you can see them while playing



generally you want a good 500w for a gtx 970

My GPU usage hovers at 40% most of the time and my CPU temps are all normal
