How to install 64 bit os in 32 bit system

I have 32 bit windows 8 home edition want to install new 64 bit windows 10 os

You can't upgrade from any 32-bit version of Windows directly to any 64-bit version of Windows. You must perform a full, clean installation to make such a transition.

Create a new partition and install 64 bit Windows 10 in that. You can use the Disk Management tool in the Administrative Tools applet of the Control Panel to make the partition. If you need the install media for 10, you can download it from here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 .
