Build 3D rendering workstation for USD 2000

I want to build a workstation PC under the budget of US$ 1500-2000. I am going to use this machine for 3D rendering work using 3D max, google sketch up and Vray. This My current proposal is as follows. Pls help me to assemble good one. Your recommendations are highly appreciated.

Well option number #2 gets you 16 cores and 32 threads. It would be a beast if you could make use of all of them.
