How much should I sell my PC for?

I have had the computer for about 6 months. I clean and dust it regularly.

Normally I'd suggest around 40-50% of the cost new, provided it's not obsolete tech (clearly, it's not).

I see a couple of variables though:
1. The rig is ~6 months old - so shouldn't take as much of a 'hit' in price
2. For the market price of a 980, you can actually have a GTX1080, so it's a bit tougher to sell.

I'd expect you should be able to get around $800 back out of it pretty easily. Might try listing for ~$1,000 and see what happens.

A 4.5GHz stable OC (assuming good temps/low voltage) might well be appealing to certain crowds. I'd definitely play that aspect up when trying to sell it. Sounds like a decent OCer if you're stable @ 4.5 on a 212 Evo.
