The main profile on my laptop wont work but the added profiles will..

Its my computer, and my family uses it. I was playing a game and it restarted, nd when I tried to log in it went to a screen that said I had to enter a number XXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-x and blah blah and I tried to press cancel but it wont work, and I cant even click on where I'm supposed to put the number. I got my sister to log in and her profile is fine. My computer I believe is a Windows 10, its a touch screen, Dell, and idk how else to explain it.

I don't know why they would pop back up but if it did, using another logon, check here and see what it says
Right click "My PC" on desktop
select properties
in next screen, at bottom has a heading Windows Activation

It would pop up if a activation hack was removed. Or if the activation became invalid for.some.reason. key added to the list of banned keys.
