Windows 10 Display Driver Issues?

So I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1.

The drivers for my R9 290 graphics card were up to date when I did. Since then I noticed a lot of random flickering, it would happen sparsely and for a frame randomly, usually if a website uses flash it would happen the most (using Firefox).

Today watching a Youtube video my screen went to black for a few seconds and I got a display driver message from Windows saying that my display driver stopped responding but has recovered.

Any idea what is the issue here?
